1995年，我加入了安利。那时安利刚进入广州，很多人向我推荐安利，可我从来不认为这个卖洗洁精的工作跟我有什么关系，我和我先生都从北大毕业，我们也都有一份不错的工作。很偶然的机会，我跟着我单位医务室的医生张忆红大姐走进了安利的教室，当我怀着怀疑、好奇心情听完一堂课后，我发现把安利拒之门外的我居然对安利一点都不了解！而且我惊奇地发现这好像就是我多年来一直在寻找的机会，又没有风险，还可学到很多东西，所以当即决定去尝试一下，但是我并不知道安利对我意味着什么，我也不知道我是否会成功，于是我抱着尝试的心走进了安利。
Coincidently, I follow Dr. Zhang Yi to OPP room with doubt and curiousity. After that, I realised that this is an opportunity which I looking for so many years, no risk, can learn alot. I don't know what Amway mean to me, I don't know whether I can succeed, I decide to try on it.
开始时，不了解公司，不了解产品，也不会讲解，跟别人说安利时碰到的全是拒绝，也曾经对自己没信心，想放弃，很感谢我的介绍人忆红姐和忆平大哥以及台湾老师给我不断的鼓励和帮助，让我留在这里，让我在这里成长，承担，一步一步迈向成功。
In the beginning, I don't know much on company background, products, I even don't know how to explain, I met tons of rejections when i talked Amway to people. I used to be no confident on myself, want to give up. I want to thank you my sponsor and Taiwan's teacher for encouraging and assistance all the way.
从事安利十年最大的心得体会是：勤奋＋学习＋改变＋时间＝结果。
In my point of view of Amway life in TEN years time is : Work hard + Learn + Change + Time = Results
凡事要取得成就都一定要付出持之以恒的努力，我没有什么秘诀，唯一有的只是努力、勤奋。
Who want to succeed must pay your effort and hardwork, I don't have any secret weapon, but only work hard and do it hardworking.
每个人都想成功，而我们之所以还没成功，是因为我们还缺乏某些成功者的特质，只要我们愿意学习，愿意改变，愿意付出努力和时间，你就会拿到多少结果，而我只是那个太想要安利的结果，又愿意去改变的人，我去做了，而且坚持去做了，我做到了。
Everyone want to be success, and we haven't did it, it is because lack of something that success people own it, so long as we willing to learn, willing to change, willing to payout effort and your time, you will gain it. As I am the one who desire of Amway values, plus willing to change, and work it out persistently, therefore I did it.
2005年4月1日晚，在广州天河体育馆举行安利十周年庆典，我坐在台下感触万千，那一刻脑海里一直在想：虽然十年前加入安利时并不知道安利对我意味着什么，我也不知道我会不会在安利成功，但是很庆幸十年来没有离开安利，十年后我们拥有了今日的成就！
2005, Amway celebrate 10 years anniversary at GuangZhou stadium, I was thinking that: Eventhough I don't know what Amway mean to me, and I don't know I can make it success in Amway business ten years ago, I felt lucky and glad that I never leave this business, that why I had succeed today.
试想一下，2015年安利二十周年庆典时如果我们还在，那时我们应该做到什么！
Let try to imagine, the celebration of Amway 20 years anniversary in 2015, if we still here, what we should do there?
想到这里，所有的问题都不再是问题了，只有成功解决所有的问题，我们今天碰到的所有的困难都将是成功以后的故事！
Therefore, any problem is no longer a problem; the achievement will solve everything, remember: What challenges that we met today will be the Story of success later.
