日本創業者皇冠大使直系 - 中島薰



島薰,一個在安利世界響噹噹的名字。

他是日本創業者皇冠大使,他的組織誕生了6戶皇冠大使和300戶鑽石,成就驕人。中島薰先生於八月底蒞臨香港,分別出席了安利直銷商大會和安利領導人聚會,掀起熱潮。掌聲和笑聲之中,中島薰先生毫無保留地分享了他的成功心得,他對事物的獨特見解,對發展安利的全情投入精神,都值得我們借鑒。

Kaoru Nakajima is a name that spans the world of Amway. The Japan Founders Crown Ambassador Direct has no less than six Crown Ambassadors and 300 Diamonds in his group.Amway was delighted to invite Mr. Nakajima to visit Hong Kong in August as the guest speaker at the Amway Distributor Rally and Leadership Meeting. The story behind his success and his perspectives on and passion for the Amway business held the audience spellbound.The following is an extract from one of the Amway's achievers.

1)請分享一件你最難忘的安利經歷。
最難忘的事是二十多年前的墨西哥行政鑽石會議,我遺失了行李,連帶皇冠大使獎章也丟失了,安利創辦人狄維士知道後,送了另一個皇冠大使獎章給我,後來我的行李失而復得,我正打算退回一枚獎章給狄維士,他卻對我說:「不必了,多做一次皇冠大使就行了。」於是我便訂下目標,令自己達到雙皇冠大使的業績。這件事帶來的啟示是,遇到不幸的事,往往是好事的開始。
Can you share with us your most unforgettable experience in Amway?
About 20 years ago I attended the Executive Diamond Seminar held in Mexico and I lost my luggage together with my Crown Ambassador pin. When Mr. Rich DeVos, the founder of Amway Corporation, heard about that, he presented me with a new pin. Eventually I recovered my luggage and I was planning to return the pin. Then Mr. DeVos said to me, "Well, just keep the pin, and be a Crown Ambassador once more!" After that I was determined to become a Double Crown Ambassador. What the incident inspired in me was that misfortune could be the beginning of a real blessing.

2) 你認為發展安利有哪些成功要素?
家庭聚會愈多愈成功;個人興趣愈多、社交圈子愈闊愈易成功;了解安利的所有產品,有助你與人溝通講解;總之,成功的因素有很多,但有一點非常重要,不要讓你的時間表留下空白。

What qualities do you think make a successful Amway Distributor?
The more frequent your family meetings are, the more successful you will be. And the broader the social network you build, the more successful you will be. Get to know Amway products well and you can enhance your presentation and communication with customers. What I want to tell you is, there are numerous factors that lead you to success. The most important of all is to not waste your time just doing nothing.

3) 當面對經濟不景,安利人應如何自處?
安利是一門很特別的生意,經濟愈不好可看成一個機會,因為有愈多的人尋找機會。而安利的生意非常簡單,任何人只要堅持均可成功。

How should Amway Distributors deal with an economic slump?
The Amway business is special in the way that it turns crises into opportunities, because during an economic slump more people will be looking for opportunities. The Amway business is simple: if you don't give up, you will succeed。

4) 你在發展安利過程中最不愉快的是哪一件事?
記不起了,我想這個問題問各位,答案也是和我一樣吧,因為愈成功的人愈不把不開心的事放在心上。

What is the most upsetting experience you have had in Amway?
I've forgotten. I believe all of you will give the same answer as I do, because a successful person will not be haunted by an unhappy experience.

5) 你的下一個更高的目標是甚麼?
個人的成功對我來說只帶來更多的酬金,我希望盡我的努力,幫助全世界的安利直銷商邁向成功,這是非常有意義的事。

What is your next goal?
Since personal success can only bring me greater financial returns, I really hope I can spend more effort in helping Amway Distributors around the world achieve their success. I think that is really meaningful.

6) 為甚麼你一開始參加安利便訂下最高獎銜的目標?
因為我在參加安利的一刻,腦海中浮現出二十個朋友的面孔,我便有信心在安利做到很好的業績,有趣的是,當我成為皇冠大使,這二十個朋友中沒有一個成為我的鑽石組織。

You set a goal of attaining the highest pin qualification as soon as you started Amway business. Why?
As soon as I decided to join Amway, 20 of my friends' faces came to my mind, and I was confident that I could achieve good results. Interestingly, none of these 20 friends become Diamonds in my group.

7)你熱心於慈善公益活動,可否與我們分享一下?
我每年都會在東京贊助培育導盲犬,至今已經連續十五年了,以後還會繼續下去。此外我也會捐助不同有需要的機構,好像德國一間歌劇院因水災而損壞,我就捐款修葺,我慶幸我的安利事業令我有能力回報社會,希望各位也有這樣的心意。

You are enthusiastic about community and charity activities. Can you share some of your experience with us? Every year I sponsor guide dog training in Tokyo - the programme has been running for 15 years already. I also make donations to various organisations. For instance, I once made a donation to renovate an opera house in Germany that had been damaged by flooding. I am glad that the Amway business allows me to contribute to society and I hope that my downline distributors share the same thoughts as me.

8) 如何保持發展安利的興奮度?
這裡我和大家分享一個故事:在日本有三個歷史人物,對事物的看法很不同。一日,一隻歌聲非常悅耳的鳥在籠中不唱歌了,三人的反應各有不同,織田說:「我會慢慢再教會牠唱歌。」丰神說:「我會用盡一切努力讓牠再唱。」德川說:「我會耐心等待牠再開口的一天。」我呢,三個答案也不選,我會去找另一隻會唱歌的鳥。對於不積極的下線,我會帶給他最新的資訊和動向,盡力而為就行了,畢竟,世上還有許多會唱歌的鳥兒。

How do you keep up your enthusiasm for Amway?
I would like to share with you a story. In Japan there was once three men who viewed things from different perspectives. One day, a bird that used to sing beautifully stopped singing and the three men had different responses. One of them said, "I will take time to teach it sing again." Another man said, "I will spend my entire effort to make it sing again." The third man said, "I will wait until it sings again." For me, none of these is the right solution. I would find another bird that sings! When I come across passive downlines I will bring them the latest news and information to motivate them. Just try your best. After all, there are numerous birds that sing.
